Rental Policies & Information
Who Can Rent
We rent to both industry professionals (vendors) and the general public. Approved vendors may arrange warehouse pickup. General public clients require delivery and setup by our team.
Delivery
We deliver throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Delivery fees are based on distance from our Oakland warehouse. A minimum order value of $300 is required for delivery eligibility.
Deposit A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of booking confirmation. The hold is released within 5 business days of a clean return.
Booking & Payment
All rentals require full payment at least 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup. Submitting a quote request does not confirm availability or reserve items.
