Rental Policies & Information​

Industry Partner Rentals

Asma’s Designs offers select inventory items for rental to event planners, venues, designers, and industry professionals. Rental inventory is not available for direct consumer rentals.

Availability

All items are subject to availability and are rented on a first-confirmed basis. Submission of a rental request does not guarantee reservation of items until availability has been confirmed and a rental order has been approved.

Please submit the form below to request a quote for your order. Include the items and quantities needed along with other order details. Our team will review availability and respond with a quote.

Pickup, Delivery, & Setup

Most rental orders are fulfilled via warehouse pickup. Delivery and setup services may be available for certain items depending on scheduling and scope of the event. Additional delivery and labor fees may apply.

Minimum Orders

Minimum rental order values may apply depending on the items requested and service requirements.

Rental Responsibility

The renting party is responsible for all rental items from the time of pickup or delivery until items are returned or collected. Lost or damaged items may be subject to repair or replacement charges.

Production Priority

Asma’s Designs is a full-service event production company. Inventory required for our internal events may take priority when scheduling rentals.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are provided based on item availability and event details. Rental orders are confirmed once the quote has been approved and payment terms have been completed.

Important

Submitting the rental request form does not reserve inventory. Availability will be confirmed when your request is reviewed and a quote is issued.
